Gay and gay-friendly Restaurants

Many of the restaurants in the Chueca area are at least gay-friendly. We have listed here only those which are popular with gay locals and tourists.

Tip for budget travellers: Some of the restaurants offer a menu of the day (›Menú del Día‹) for lunch and/or a menu of the night (›Menú de Noche‹) for dinner. These menus usually include 3 courses (starter, main dish, dessert) and sometimes a drink or coffee. Although you have limited choice (typically 3 different dishes for each course) these menus are an inexpensive option for having a proper meal, especially the menu of the day (approx. 10–12 €).
