Summer Beaches in Zurich
Zurich has several beaches along Lake Zurich and the Limmat river.
Most popular with gays is the lido ›Badi Tiefenbrunnen‹.
Its large gay area in front of the changing cubicle next to the
restaurant is well-known for showing and watching the newest swimwear fashion
and the results of the hard work at the gyms in the winter season.
The beach is idyllically situated at Lake Zurich, entrance Bellerivestrasse 200.

If you like your bum sun-tanned you can also go to the Werdinsel,
a small island on the Limmat river (Tram 4 and Bus 80, 89 and 323: Tüffenwies).
After the guarded beach you will find the nude beach which is also a gay area.
(No cruising – the bushes are regularly checked by the police.)
