[Metro 5: Chueca]Guest Reviews

›This hotel is in a very good location in the Chueca area and has many excellent features. Clean, well decorated and a quality internet connection. We found the room a bit stuffy due I suspect to the heat generated by the computer and fridge. Air Conditioning would be the icing on the cake.
We enjoyed our stay in Madrid and at the hotel but we felt it unfair and bad business practice that the 11pm – 11am "No Visitor Policy" was not mentioned on their website or when we discussed our booking on skype or when we paid our deposit. The first we knew of this "rule" was on arrival. I am a well travelled gay man and never in 37 years of staying in gay or gay friendly hotels worldwide, have I ever encountered such a rule. I am quite sure that if this rule was stated on their website it would be totally unacceptable today, to most people, gay or otherwise.‹
