Castel Plage

Along the famous Promenade des Anglais, there is the miles long city beach of Nice. A pebble beach, fragmented into various private or paid beach sections (run mostly by hotels, restaurants and beach clubs) and in between a few free public beaches.
A gay-friendly beach section is the paid Castel Plage, with beach service (sunbeds and shade umbrellas) and a beach restaurant.
